Installation Details

Discharge Lines	Must be fully submerged, at least two feet below the waterline, and oriented at a 90-degree angle to the tank or channel floor to avoid excessive turbulence
Portal Flow Meter	If used, follow the manufacturer's straight-pipe run requirements for accurate readings
Installation Support & Service Visits from Moleaer (editable)	Moleaer provides (1) one service visit per year during lease periods. If you'd like a Moleaer technician on-site for installation or additional service visits, that can be arranged at a day rate of $1,500 plus travel, billed at cost plus 10%. Requires at least 10 business days' notice to schedule. Installation site must be ready before the technician arrives or additional charges and scheduling delays may result.

System Operation Requirements

Compressed Air (If Customer Provided)	Must meet ISO 8573-1:2010 Class 4 air purity standards: clean, dry, and oil-free Requires filtration to 0.01 micron and an auto-blowdown valve
Screening	Wastewater fed to the nanobubble generator must be screened to remove debris Must be a fine screen with openings no larger than 0.25 inches (6 mm) Grinders, chopper pumps, or suction from downstream of an overflow weir are acceptable alternatives
Pump (If Customer Provided)	Use a 120V or 24V control signal to activate gas supply and tie the gas shutoff to the pump stop Equip the pump with high-head protection against valve closures or blockages Install a clamp-on ultrasonic flow meter on the discharge line if possible
Weather Protection	Compressed air lines must be insulated or heat-traced to prevent condensate or freezing Compressors and control equipment need to be housed in a climate-controlled or weatherproof enclosure Moleaer is not responsible for performance issues resulting from inadequate weather protection
